Specimens in this collection comprise human remains that derive from archaeological excavations of St. Gregory’s Priory (~1200-1537) and researchers should consult St. Gergory’s Priory, Northgate, Canterbury Excavations 1988-1991 (Martin and Alison Hicks, 2001, Canterbury Archaeological Trust) for more information (available for purchase from Oxbow Books). Specimens in this collection are curated by the Skeletal Biology Research Centre at the University of Kent, Canterbury, UK.
